Variable Light-Control

You can have a small amount of light by tilting the slats, or if you need more light, you can raise the blinds. It’s that simple! With two slat sizes available, you can choose which is best for you. Larger slats allow for more view-through and have less gaps to let light come in when the blinds are closed. If complete darkness is a necessity, such as in a bedroom, the de-Light™ feature eliminates cord holes to block out 50% more light than traditional window blinds.

Extensive Color Selections

EverWood® faux wood blinds are available in a variety of colors, including solids, textures and TruGrain® finishes. TruGrain® produces the most realistic stain-like finish in the industry. Only you and your blinds will know they are made of faux wood. You can also elevate your window blinds with decorative tape accents to further customize them.

Pro tips: Darker colors and finishes add elegance and character making them a great choice for more formal rooms. For casual rooms, such as living rooms and kitchens, a lighter hue will make the room appear larger and brighter.

Interior Protection

Window blinds do more than keep out unwanted light and provide privacy. They also protect your interior furnishing and other items from UV damage, fading, and discoloring from exposure to sunlight. Blinds also provide a uniform, clean look to the exterior of your home. This is especially important if you live in a community with a Homeowners' Association.

Unlike typical wooden blinds, faux wood window blinds are much easier to care for. You can expose them to moisture if a deep cleaning is needed, and you do not have to worry about conditioning them with wood oil. Hardwood is also susceptible to UV damage; EverWood® blinds are guaranteed to never crack, warp, fade or yellow. You can keep your faux wood blinds looking great with a simple dusting once a week.

Operating Systems

Once you’ve chosen your blinds, it’s time to choose an operating system. At Beginning to End, we are all about making things as convenient as possible. That’s why we recommend PowerView® Automation to our customers. PowerView® allows you to enjoy sunlight on your schedule and operate your blinds easily when you are away from home. Motorized blinds also integrate flawlessly with most smart home systems like Amazon Alexa.

Of course, there are other options available. Cordless options are the safest for homes with young children and pets. The LiteRise® system is free of cords and rails. Simply operate your blinds by gently lifting to raise and pulling to lower. Your blinds will stay put wherever you place them. SimpleLift™ is another great cordless option. Raise and lower your window blinds by pushing a small button on the bottom rail. When you remove your finger from the button, the blinds lock into place.
